What's the difference between a direct buyout and having CacheWood sell my phone?
A direct buyout is designed for customers who want an agreed payment after the phone is received and verified. If we sell the phone for you, CacheWood handles the online sale and payout is issued after the completed sale and post-sale period.
I'm outside Miami. Can I still use CacheWood Mobile?
Yes. We work with customers across the United States. After an approved evaluation and agreement, we provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending your phone to us.
What do you verify before paying for a phone?
We confirm the device identity, condition, account and activation-lock status, and review available device-status information, including lost or stolen reports and other eligibility concerns.
